Hello, my name is Richard M. Potts and welcome to NCR Forms. My company is Blue Goose Graphics LLC and I started printing and selling short run, edge-glued carbonless forms in 1998. In 1999 I built my first website, www.ncrforms.com and began selling my low-cost / high-quality carbonless forms. My first office was about 100 square feet with just a desk, a printing press, and a computer. As more people started shopping online, my business grew. From the beginning, I would work day and night to ensure super fast production times. For the first five years I was a one-man operation. Since then I have hired a few trusted, qualified, and dedicated employees. We have a bigger place now, but the operation is still compact and efficient.

On a personal level, I have been happily married since 1997. Besides my loving wife, I have three wonderful children. I’ve been blessed with two boys and a girl. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1989 with a BA in accounting. I was born and raised in Ohio and currently live and work in a town south of Cleveland. I have been a four-time president of the Northampton Rotary Club and have volunteered many hours in efforts supporting local causes. I also lent time and money to help third-world countries with vaccinations and clean drinking water. The motto of Rotary International is “Service Above Self” and I practice this as often as time allows. My hobbies include coaching and other activities with my kids. I also enjoy going to Ohio State football games and supporting the Cleveland professional sports teams.
